At Kona, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
